All good, made an appointment. There was a bit of a wait but it was busy

No, good experience and very busy at the time. Things still moved in a timely manner and the nurse was lovely.

All staff were nice kind and helpful especially Natalie who took my bloods without any discomfort or stress, she was very gentle kind caring and efficient at her job.

I live in Scotland and while on holiday in fleetwood my 6 year old sons asthma became quite bad and he was coughing alot. I had lost his inhaler the day before and needed a new one. Checking in to the centre went smoothly and the receptionist was lovely. We were told we would be waiting a while as it was busy but only waited 30 minutes to be called in to see the doctor. The doctor gave him a good check over and prescribed an inhaler for him. The doctor we seen was very nice and made my son feel at ease when in. Thankyou again for the treatment he recieved

Suffer from Bronchiectasis & Pan - Bronchiolitis too , but always comfortable in my environment.

Just a mix up between Woundcare & Mount View Wound Care , I didn’t know they were 2 different entities. Rather abrupt young man ( 1st time ever) got a bit shorty when I enquired if there were any cancellations as my bandage had slipped down & was not doing its intended task. Had to put the phone down before I upset him about his attitude .
